Description

This project concerns the implementation of changes in an existing plant for the production of fruit juices.
This year VARNA FOOD FACTORY EOOD has signed a lease agreement for a production base in the town of General Toshevo. The base has an area of 1,455 square meters, is located in Regulated Land XXVI-2090 with an area of 6,170 square meters, according to the development plan of the town of General Toshevo. The production base currently produces apple fruit juices.
The site is an enterprise for production of fruit juices from fresh fruits, processed and pasteurized, cut by hot filling technology in packages under the "bag in box" system with a volume of 3 liters. These are products that are produced directly from fresh fruit without added sugar, sweeteners, flavors, colors, preservatives and water. They are distinguished by their perfectly preserved natural taste qualities.
The aim of this project is to add to the existing production of fruit juices a new item - Fruit purees, packed in plastic packages with a volume of 125 grams by the technology of "hot filling".
