Description
The current project proposal of the applicant "Belia Agro" EOOD which he submits under the procedure for acceptance of project proposals № BG06RDNP001-19.518 - LAG-Municipality of Maritsa - Measure M4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" concerns the purchase of agricultural machinery - Universal seeder for spring crops brand ELVORTI, model VEGA 6 Profi with telescopic frame. The purchased equipment will be used for sowing areas of sunflower - 130 decares in the land of the village of Skutare, Maritsa municipality. Belia Agro EOOD will carry out the agro-technical activities in the described crops with the newly purchased trichnika, observing all terms for agro-equipment and all requirements for the use of the equipment, including registration in KTI Plovdiv. On June 3, 2021, Dimitar Atanasov Iliev PA registered Belia Agro EOOD and transferred the activity of the natural person-agricultural producer to the sole proprietorship with limited liability with 100% ownership of the natural person-agricultural producer Dimitar Atanasov Iliev. As a consequence of the transfer, the circumstances applicable to the natural person should also be accepted for Belia Agro EOOD.
