The project falls under eligible activity: Development of services in all sectors.
Investments are planned in non-agricultural activity, namely in the development of a service - "residential care" with a target group of "elderly people of incapacitated age unable to care for themselves" KID 8730, in the applicant's own base, located in the city of Balchik,  "Albenski Path" Str. No. 25. There are no other nursing  homes  on Balchik-General Toshevo LAG territory.
The project aim is to increase the capacity and to improve the conditions for users in the home by supplying TV and specialized furniture necessary for providing care for the elderly, including those with mobility difficulties;professional  kitchen and laundry  equipment.
Investments in the project will support the efforts of the applicant "Ovcharovski Plaj" JSC to increase the capacity of the nursing home in Balchik to provide a quality and necessary social service for the community  and will contribute to increasing employment in the territory through the opening of 2 new jobs.
