ET "HELFA-84 - HUSEIN BASHEV" specializes in the production of bread and pastry. The enterprise has its own oven, which is located in the village of Yablanovo, Kotel municipality, Sliven region. ET "HELFA-84 - HUSEIN BASHEV" applied under the Procedure through the selection of project proposals No. BG06RDNP001-19. 515, through the COMMUNITY-LED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT approach under measure 6.4 "Support for investments in the establishment and development of non-agricultural activities" from the Strategy for community-led local development of "MIG KOTEL, SUNGURLARE AND VIRBICA" under the Rural Development Program 2014 - 2020. The project proposal envisages an investment in the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 80 kWp for production and storage, entirely for own consumption, on the roof of a building with identifier 87031.502.2162.1 according to KKKR in the village of Yablanovo, Kotel municipality, Sliven district. According to the attached analysis prepared by a legally competent person, the photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of 80 kWp will produce electricity only to meet the company's own needs. With the commissioning of a Photovoltaic installation with storage batteries, the energy efficiency of the enterprise will be improved and the cost of production will be reduced. With the implementation of the project proposal, the sole trader will contribute to progress on the path to decarbonization, through the reduction of carbon emissions released into the environment, namely the reduction of the use of coal for the production of electricity. Decarbonisation means switching from the use of fossil fuels for electricity production to renewable energy sources. The investment costs for which assistance is applied for are planned for the construction of a Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 80 kWp for production and storage, entirely for own consumption, worth BGN 159,360 excluding VAT.

Декарбонизация означава преминаване от използването на изкопаеми горива за производството на електроенергия към възобновяеми източници на енергия.
