Description
The investment project is for the site "Designation of a recreation area and construction of a children's playground in district 51, Lomtsi village". The project will contribute to achieving the goals of both the National Development Program Bulgaria 2030, RDP 2014-2020, and the "Plan for Integrated Development of Popovo Municipality" for the period 2021-2027. The investment costs foreseen in the project will help to improving access and increasing the attractiveness of the municipality and increasing the quality of life. In response to the objective of the RDP 2014-2020, the implementation of the project will lead to the financing of publicly accessible open areas intended for individual and group games, will turn them into an attractive place for recreation and entertainment. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the main strategic goal of the Strategy for the Regional Development, namely: stimulation of local economic development for intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth to achieve a more balanced sustainable development on the territory of the Popovo Local Government Area, through the realization of the goal of sub-measure 7.2. With the implementation of the current project proposal, the long-standing problems of the residents in the village will be solved, the living environment will be improved and both the environmental culture and the popularity of the campaign will increase. The residents of the village are extremely active both in carrying out initiatives with ecological themes and in the daily maintenance and sanitization of the park spaces. The main activities planned for implementation in the project proposal are cleaning, construction of a concrete base on which to anchor the children's facilities.

| Осъществяване на независим строителен надзор при изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи: С оглед изискванията за съставяне и представяне на всички актове и протоколи, изготвени по време на строителството при отчитане на строителните дейности, от една страна, от друга страна – спецификата на извършваните дейности и необходимостта от упражняване на специализиран контрол по отношение качеството и обема на извършваното строителство е предвидено за този обект да се сключи договор за упражняване на строителен надзор.
