The applicant is a farmer who operates in an area other than the disadvantaged and outside the scope of the Natura 2000 national ecological network.
• The subsidy that the applicant will use is 50%.
• An average list of 1 employee is planned to increase. For the financial year 2018, the applicant has a mid-list of 0 employees and undertakes to increase the average list of 1 permanent employee.
• The applicant's activities take place in a rural area - Gurkovo municipality;

The necessary funds for realization of the investment intentions of the applicant, according to the annexed delivery contracts, amount to BGN 130750.00 including the eligible investment and total pre-incurred expenses according to Article 20 of Regulation 22.
The investment in the part of the permanent plantation is of a seasonal nature and the delivery of the equipment will be made on the basis of a preliminary contract with the selected supplier.
The projected cash flows show the capability of the applicant to generate profits and accumulate positive net cash flow after covering the necessary costs. The positive net present value of the project, as well as the indicators: internal rate of return, payback period and profitability index, confirm the financial efficiency of the investment project
