"A and K 2000" Ltd. applies for financial assistance  for purchase, supply and installation of a drying chamber for fruits and vegetables, with the following main parameters:
- Productivity: max. 700 kg / 24 hours;
- Heat output: from 33 to 36 kw / h;
- Dimensions: 1600/2200/3200 (w / h / d)
According to the contractor's offer, the drying chamber is a room made of thermopanels with polymer coating, built into an iron structure. The fans for blowing the dryer are located above the intermediate ceiling, and those for blowing the humid air outside are in the lower part, sucking under the reflective shields. The water heat exchangers are symmetrically located on the fans on the intermediate ceiling or on the walls of the chamber. The products are loaded on wooden or PVC frames with a construction that allows good blowing. The technological process is controlled by a control cabinet with peripheral sensors for temperature and relative humidity. Drying is performed in automatic mode according to set for 6 cycles for temperature, humidity, time and reverse blowing. There is also a backup system for selecting manual mode in control, emergency and other situations.
The main process that will be performed is drying of fruits and vegetables. The capacity of the dryer, according to the technical specification of the bidder, is 500 to 950 kg. wet product and productivity for a 24 hour cycle - from 300 to 600 kg. dried fruits / vegetables.
It is planned that the drying chamber will be installed in the yard of the candidate company, located in the town of Tervel, in its own land property with identifier 72271.169.332, where conditions are available for the implementation of production processes.
In connection with the new processes of drying, delivery and installation of the drying chamber, the chief architect of the Municipality of Tervel has received permission for installation. The activity itself is not subject to additional licensing or other permitting regime.
