MSK Project Ltd. has a main activity – design of construction structures. The company is one of the leaders in the preparation of investment projects – part constructive. The product of the design activity are hundreds of agricultural, industrial and residential buildings on the territory of the municipality of Zavet and Kubrat municipality.Ing. Zhivko Michev is chairman of the Regional College of the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design – Section "Constructions of Buildings and Facilities".  Construction design is related to licensing activity regulated by the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design through annual issuance of Full Design Certificates. Ing. Zhivko Michev has been a member of KIIP since 2005. and holds a Certificate of Full Design Responsibility. The implementation of technical control in part constructive is related to licensing activity regulated by KIIP by issuing a "Certificate of Technical Control". Ing. Zhivko Michev has the same since 2020. Part-by-piece design is a dynamic process related to an ever-changing regulatory framework and the imposition of new design standards, mainly related to the introduction of EUROCODE.Eurocode is a system of building standards developed by the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN). Their aim is, after a period of parallel application, to replace national norms in CEN member countries, including Bulgaria, by helping to level the playing field in the countries of the European Union. As of 2007, Eurocode included dozens of parts, some of which were validated and applied, while others were under development.Eurocode parts are combined into 10 European standards.
At the moment in Bulgaria, the Design Standards under BDS and EUROCODE operate in parallel.
The introduction of the standards is invariably related to the introduction of new software and hardware, combining with the new normative documents.
