The investments included in the project proposal of the company "I Raking" Ltd. are aimed at improving the production activity, reducing production costs and increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the business. The project involves the purchase of a production line for horizontal rack beams.
Pallet racks are used in warehouses and industrial plants where there are palletized goods and materials. They make it possible to store products with large volumes and weight in height. Pallet racks are the most used for arranging goods.
With the commissioning of a production line, we will start the production of supporting beams, which are an integral part of the racking system for pallet loads. With the acquisition of such a machine and with the available ones that our company owns, we will be able to close the entire cycle for the production of elements for a racking system for pallet loads. As the only manufacturer in Bulgaria of shelving elements, the acquisition of such a production line will improve our work and our flexibility with the following parameters:
- the import of load-bearing beams will cease;
- the speed of response and preparation of goods to the end customer will be improved;
- we will have greater control over the quality of the products;
- we will have the opportunity to increase our distribution network, offering a finished product;
Investing in modern technology will improve the company's services and products, increasing productivity and quality control. Resource efficiency and effectiveness will be improved by optimizing the main invested resources - man-hours, production time, financial resources.
