Description

The project is developed for application under sub-measure 4.1.2 "Investments in agricultural holdings under the Thematic sub-program for development of small farms" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014 - 2020. The investment is related with the purchase and commissioning of new agricultural self-propelled equipment and inventory - tractor and front loader. At present, the applicant manages a total agricultural area of ​​35,200 decares, incl. 21,700 decares - potatoes grown by conventional method and maintains 13,500 decares - natural meadows. The offers for the desired assets received by the farmer require a procedure for selection of a contractor with a public invitation by the applicant, according to Decree № 160 of the Council of Ministers of 01.07.2016 to determine the rules for reviewing and evaluating bids and concluding contracts, as their value is higher than BGN 30,000 without VAT. The purchase of new agricultural machinery and equipment will lead to the timely implementation of agro-technical measures in the optimal time for crops, quality soil preparation in compliance with the individual technological units of crop technology, which will lead to quality products and significantly increase yields.
