The current investment project provides for the purchase of 2 pcs. new fixed tangible assets /FTA/-1 pc. Tub for impregnation of timber and 1 pc. Gas forklift, necessary for the modernization and improvement of the material and technical base of the applicant enterprise, respectively for the development of the marketing potential and the increase and diversification of the capacity of an existing business in the field of services - wholesale and retail trade in building materials on the territory of the LAG Byala Slatina, which will significantly improve the access of the local population and businesses to quality building materials. The applicant for financial support is registered as a single-member limited liability company, with manager and owner of the capital Stoyan Trifonov Stoyanov, and the business, which develops as a family business, was established back in 1993, and since 2009. is carried out under the name/company "MIMI-STOYAN STOYANOV" EOOD, and until then it was Sole Proprietor "Stoyan Stoyanov". 
Since its establishment until now, the company continues to exercise its subject of activity in the field of wholesale and retail trade in building materials, and this project proposal has a double meaning - on the one hand, it is an upgrade investment as modernization of the available material and technical base, and on the other hand, it is an intra-sectoral diversification /by focusing on additional activities in the trade in building materials/,  which allows for greater flexibility and development of the potential of the unoccupied market niches, where competition is not so strong. The candidate's activity is aimed at clients (local individuals and institutional clients), with whom the aim and vision is to establish long-term partner contacts, and the company's market is constantly expanding by attracting new clients.
