The proposed investment project is of the applicant "MIGSTROY - GC" Ltd, under measure 6.4 "Investment support for non-agricultural activities" of the RDP for the period 2014-2020 in implementation of the Community-led approach to local development / CLP / to the LAG Karlukovski Karst Strategy - Cherven Bryag - Iskar under the procedure for selection of project proposals No. BG06RDNP001- 19.276.
The project envisages the purchase of an AMMANN crawler asphalt machine, model AFT 200-2E, needed to expand the applicant's business, which will increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth of a business located in a rural area in the LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar.
The present project and its implementation will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the measure of the LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar, namely:
• Diversification into non-agricultural activities;
• Encouraging entrepreneurship on the territory of the LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar, thus positively affecting the local economy as well;
• Creating employment opportunities and reducing unemployment;
• Improving the quality of life of the local population from the territory of the LAG.
The implementation of the project initiative will help to support services through which existing assets will be used to create a sustainable business, such as finding new ways to mobilize and use existing resources, while maximizing environmental protection, which is fully responsible for the definition of an innovative approach in the development of the territory, according to the Regional Development Plan of the LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar.
