The current project is related to the purchase of new technological equipment for the production of bread, bakery and confectionery products in order to increase the production capacity of "FURNA RUMYANTSEVO" EOOD.
The following professional equipment is planned to be purchased:
- Professional multifunctional oven
- Pizza dough rolling machine
- Dough mixer
- Freezer with dynamic cooling
- Dough cutter
- Dough rounder
The new machines are of the latest generation of equipment for small bakeries. In addition to being more productive, they are fully automated and low energy consumption, which leads to a reduction or complete elimination of rejected production and an increase in resource efficiency in the enterprise.
With the planned purchase of technological equipment for the production of bakery and confectionery products, the production capacity of the enterprise will increase by 65%, the quality of the offered products will improve, the product assortment will increase and, last but not least, the resource efficiency of the enterprise will increase by over 15%.
