ZP Hristo Georgiev Yanakiev. Agriculture, livestock sector. Growing 385 pcs. mixed-purpose sheep for the production of milk and lambs for meat and farming for more than 1100 decares. meadows and pastures for the production of hayfields to ensure the forage balance of the animals on the farm. The farm is certified in accordance with the applicable legislation on organic livestock and plant production. The farmed animals are the Replyan sheep breed, which is included in the List of Endangered Rare Breeds in Bulgaria and is biologically certified according to the applicable legislation. Attached to the project documentation are documents submitted by the BIO CERTIFICATION inspection and certification body with code number BG-BIO-21. The meadows are also under certification control.
The current investment project is under Sub-Measure 19.2 "Implementation of Operations under Community-led Local Development Strategies" Sub-Measure 4.1. is aimed at the purchase of specialized agricultural machinery to fully support the activity of the livestock farm for the production of sheep for milk and meat and hay production.
The aim of the project is the introduction of high-tech, energy-saving equipment, which will lead both to the protection of environmental components and to the reduction of the costs of production from fuels and external services in the farm, better energy efficiency and working conditions. This will allow the farm to expand and increase production capacity and, from there, to increase its competitiveness.
