The project envisages the construction of a multi-functional hall in UPI IX-778, quarter 61 according to the plan of the town of Byala Slatina, Municipality of Byala Slatina with a total area of 348.30 m2. The building object of the project is massive, monolithic with a metal supporting structure, and the following levels and rooms are formed: elevation +0.00: a lobby with a square footage of 28.60m2 with an entrance to it from the northeast through an entrance door with a size of 200/200cm, which ensures access to all other premises; multifunctional hall with a square footage of 172.48m2; auxiliary room with a square footage of 10.71m2 with access from the hall; hall (children's corner) with a square footage of 64.74 m2; auxiliary room with a square footage of 7.69m2 with access from the hall; a bathroom consisting of: a vestibule with a square footage of 5.67m2 providing access to the rest of the rooms; men's toilet: two toilets with an area of 1.52m2 each, a wash basin with an area of 3.26 m2; women's toilet: two toilets with an area of 1.52m2 each, a wash basin with an area of 3.26m2; toilet for disadvantaged people with a square footage of 2.57m2.
The multifunctional hall will be located in a central part of the city, which makes it maximally accessible and usable by the local community, as well as by the neighboring settlements on the territory of the MIG. The multifunctional hall will be used both for family celebrations: weddings, anniversaries, balls, birthdays and others, and for organizing conferences, seminars and other events, such as gatherings of the local pigeon fanciers' association, exhibitions, art, etc., according to the need.
The construction of the multifunctional hall, the subject of the current project proposal, is a new object for the local territory, which fully meets the definition of innovation by introducing new services for the territory. This is an idea that will be further developed over time and success will be proven in practice.
