Description
The applicant BG PLAST EOOD is a newly registered company established in connection with the preparation of a project for commissioning of a modernly equipped workshop for the production of joinery. The owner of the company has experience in the production of joinery, sees the potential, the growing demand for PVC and aluminum joinery in the region, as well as the insufficient capacity of local companies to meet consumer demand, so he decided to create his own production plant. of the High Western Rhodopes LAG to finance its business intentions. The object of the present investment intention is to perform construction and installation works on the expansion of the existing production room, as well as delivery and commissioning of machines for the production of PVC and aluminum windows. The workshop for PVC and aluminum joinery will be positioned in an existing and outbuilding, taken for long-term rent, separated as a separate object located in a property in an industrial building in Regulated Land I-1053, kv.62, PUP of Dospat, Dospat Municipality ”- PI 23025.502.1053. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Construction and installation work for extension to an existing industrial building in Regulated Land I-1053, quarter 62, according to the Detailed Urban Plan of the town of Dospat, Dospat Municipality ”- PI 23025.502.1053; 2. Delivery, installation and commissioning of technological equipment for the production of PVC and aluminum windows. BG PLAST EOOD will operate in two directions: - production of PVC joinery; - production of aluminum joinery, which will meet the needs of the market according to customer preferences. With the implementation of this project the candidate will create 6,5 new jobs. The workers will work with high-tech equipment under easy working conditions. The manufactured products will meet the needs of the market of high quality PVC and aluminum joinery, produced by a competitive company.
