The construction of a modern system for physical education and sports requires concreteness and a comprehensive concept of its character, place and role as an integral part of the social policy of the Ugarcin Municipality. A number of scientific studies prove indisputably that purposeful motor activity improves the body's physical, neuropsychological and functional fitness. The model in which a sports club or area is constructed, the way in which the devices are located, their selection, their accessories and their adequate combination are of great importance for conducting a proper quality training. The Supply of fitness equipment project represents a supply of goods within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Law on Public Procurement. The supplies are divided into two separate items. A detailed specification has been developed for the fitness equipment.
