The National community center "Ogniyana-1899" is an institution that has always kept and transmitted the beauty of Bulgarian folklore and traditions. The formations of the community center earn prizes from local and national competitions annually. There are many events to promote its activities and the participants increase every year. To respond adequately to the needs of modern society, to be successful in the future, we must know and remember our past. We must love the genus and homeland and keep the spirit of their ancestors. 
The community center is the center of this spirituality and patriotism, the heart and support of the local population. Through its activity not only recreates the Bulgarian traditions and customs, not only present the folk songs, but also teaches, creates values, builds personalities and brings up descent people of our society. In order to carry out this difficult task, a certain recourse is needed to ensure the activities: buying nationals costumes, accessories, equipment and tools related to the realizations of all envisaged events. By applying with this project proposal, we would like to enrich our equipment and renew some of the folk costumes in the community center, with which it will be able to participate in organized and held various cultural events - festivals, competitions, etc. It will be possible to turn the "Ognyana-1899" community center - Radomirtsi village - this center of culture into a desirable territory for people of all ages, to expand the scope of our activities and to attract a significantly larger number of visitors, as the project does not generate income.
