**Project Title:** Purchase of Mini Excavator for Servicing the Municipalities of Banite, Lucky, and Chepelare

**Beneficiary:** METEO CONTROL Ltd.

**Primary Objective:** Acquisition of a specialized mini excavator to provide high-quality construction services in the municipalities of Banite, Lucky, and Chepelare.

**Equipment Location:** The equipment will be stored at a permanent base in the village of Banite, for which the beneficiary provides a notarized and registered lease agreement, ensuring a stable and convenient location.

**Provided Services:**
1. **Excavation Works:** Provision of professional excavation services for construction and renovation projects, including digging trenches, pits, and foundations.

2. **Leveling and Terracing:** Offering services for leveling and terracing the land, preparing construction sites for more efficient land use.

3. **Handling of Hard-to-Reach Areas:** Utilizing the mini excavator to access areas with limited spatial access where traditional machinery may struggle to reach.

4. **Cleaning and Material Removal:** Services for cleaning construction sites, removing construction and demolition materials.

5. **Infrastructure Maintenance:** Supporting community infrastructure by maintaining roads, sidewalks, and other public spaces.
