Manol Karadaev is an obstetrician-gynaecologist and an owner of;DR VET MANOL KARADAEV  ET, he also does scientific work in the field of animal reproduction In 2015 he completes his PhD dissertation and aquaires educational-qualificationdegree as a Doctor. He takes part in developing different scientific work that s beenpublished over 20 times, a list has been attached to this project. In 2017 he purchasesan 1-storey building, 41 m 2 in UPI VI-307, area 38 from the masterplan of GeneralInzovo, Municipality of Tundzha. He refurbishes the building and changes itsoriginal purpose. On 03/03/2020 he puts the new building in use as a Veterinary
Dispensary.With this current project the candidate intends to:
-Equip the dispensary with technical instruments and tools than belong to Second Class - an X-ray machine financed by this project will be the only one in the territory of MIG which is a novelty in accordance to the terms and conditions of the application;
-Establish the use of innovative methods and approaches for diagnosing and treating animals by applying his scientific work to practice;
-Establish researches, analysis and extraction of statistical data by experimental comparison between the already established methods and/or medications for diagnosing and treating animals, in order to popularise them within the scientific field and impose the most efficient methods and/or medications into the veterinary-medical practice, which is also a novelty within the terriroty of MIG.
1. To establish 2 new workplaces:
Ptoject stainability will be guaranteed by:
- the high quality of the services guaranteed by the professionalism, the educational level and the scientific-experimental work of the candidate and the daily control over the staff's performance.
2. Establishing innovations such as:
- technics within the medical practice;
- methods for diagnosing and treating animals.
3. Purchase of consumables from the local suppliers.
