The proposed project belongs to the applicant "STROYCONCEPT" LTD. under measure 3-6.4.1 "Investment support for non-agricultural activities" from the RDP for the period 2014-2020 in implementation of the approach Community-led local development /BOMR/ to the Strategy of LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar according to the procedure through the selection of project proposals No. BG06RDNP001-19.276.
The project envisages the purchase of a backhoe loader construction machine, necessary to develop the applicant's activity, which will increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth of an enterprise located in a rural area on the territory of LAG Karlukovski karst - Cherven bryag - Iskar.
The current project and its implementation will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the measure of the Karlukovski Karst - Cherven Bryag - Iskar, namely:
• Diversification to non-agricultural activities;
• Encouraging entrepreneurship on the territory of LAG Karlukovski Karst - Cherven bryag - Iskar, thus positively influencing the local economy;
• Creation of employment opportunities and reduction of unemployment;
• Improving the quality of life of the local population from the territory of the LAG.
With the acquisition of the new equipment, the range of offered construction services will be expanded, as a result of which it will be possible to carry out all excavation-filling, loading and unloading construction activities. This will allow the company to carry out orders independently, both in terms of the above-described activities, as well as in cleaning and leveling terrains, laying new roads from the municipal infrastructure, and others. The range of services offered by the company will be significantly diversified, which will lead to larger and more significant orders, better quality works and naturally greater financial income for the company.
