The project "Investments related to the maintenance, restoration and cultural heritage of the village of Kamen" is related to the main activity of the Primary School "EDUCATOR - KAMEN - 1896" - the village of Kamen. The community center is the guardian of the traditions and customs of the territory of the village of Kamen. The idea of ​​the project is aimed at preserving and recreating the customs in the village of Kamen. One of the holidays that is traditional for the community center is a recreation of the "Christmas Eve" holiday.Through this custom, Kamen self-made people will be transported into the past.In order for everything to be authentic and real, a country house will be made, with the patterned rugs, the painted skirting boards with the gas lamps and the windows, with the curtains embroidered with Bulgarian embroidery, the small sofa and the colorful three-legged stools  costumes, the hearth, the stobori, the well. The children will play counting and chasing, and the young brides will walk. The owner of the house will bring water from the well and will donate geraniums and aprons that she bought at the Kamen fair. The owner paid the most attention to the ceremonial bread of the Godmother.It is the most important for the table, it must be mixed with the best flour, ichly decorated with a cross "May God help you in everything", with grapes for blessing, with beehives, with a pen with lambs and chickens, there should be everything in this house.   In this regard, we plan to make investments in related to this custom as well as to all the others that are art of the cultural calendar of the community center. Also, the Community Center performs many concerts, both in the village and in other settlements, but at the moment, it does not have musical instruments and sound system.Currently, these are provided by private individuals.
