In agriculture in field crops it is necessary to invest in the modernization of machines, equipment, applications and web tools for digitalization of agriculture. Precision agriculture, also called agriculture according to the specifics of the site is a new technology that allows producers to adequately manage arable land depending on spatially differentiated information. It is an innovative, technology and information-based, intelligent approach for identifying, analyzing and managing variables to obtain cost-effective production with optimal production and conservation of resources.
The current project proposal belongs to the company "DARINVEST-PPG" EOOD under a selection procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.012, sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" of measure 4 of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020.
The assets set in the project, described in Table 1 of the Business Plan will improve the overall activity of the farm and will achieve the introduction of new products, processes and technologies and renewal of existing production tangible and intangible assets, will increase competitiveness, including ensure the preservation of the created employment, will create better working conditions, will improve the quality of the produced agricultural products and will introduce the sustainable and digital economic recovery for the production of agricultural crops.
DARINVEST-PPG EOOD has been registered under Ordinance 3/1999 for the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers without interruption during the last 36 months. The company cultivates agricultural land in the town of Kneja and Kneja municipality, district Pleven by growing cereals and oilseeds.
