The introduction of production automation using high-performance machines and technologies is a prerequisite for a farmer to be able to produce better quality products and to organize the work on his farm more efficiently. In field crops, it is necessary to invest in the modernization of machines, equipment, applications and web tools for digitization of production. Precision agriculture, also called agriculture according to the specifics of the site, is a new technology that allows producers to adequately manage arable land depending on spatially differentiated information. It is an innovative, technology and information-based, intelligent approach to identifying, analyzing and managing variables to obtain cost-effective production with optimal production and conservation of resources. Precision agriculture has great potential in developing economic and environmental benefits, which are expressed in the reduction of the use of water, fertilizers, preparations, labor and equipment. The meaning of the approach is to make the right management decisions in agriculture based on the variable characteristics of the field and obtaining maximum yields. This project proposal is under a selection procedure № BG06RDNP001-4.012 under sub-measure 4.1 for investments in livestock farms in the village of Dalbok Dol with main activity - fattening calves for meat.
The assets set in the project, described in Table 1 of the Business Plan lead to the improvement of the overall activity of the applicant's livestock farm, which produces feed and feed, which leads to the implementation of new technological solutions, increasing competitiveness, including ensuring and preservation of the created employment, better working conditions on the farm, better quality and quantity of the produced agricultural products.
