Description

The project proposal of ET "ABV I SIN – Valentin Kovachev", UIC 812078331, aims to improve the company’s energy efficiency and increase the use of renewable energy sources. The main goal is to reduce electricity costs and the carbon footprint through the installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 35.4 kWp and an integrated energy storage system of 15 kWh, ensuring sustainable and eco-friendly energy for own consumption.

The investment foresees the supply and installation of high-tech equipment – 60 Jinko Solar PV modules, Huawei SUN2000 inverters, power control modules, and LUNA2000 battery systems. The project will enable optimal energy management through self-consumption, thus reducing dependency on the electricity grid.

The expected results include the production of over 47 MWh of electricity annually, saving approximately 19 tons of standard coal and reducing 22.46 tons of CO₂ emissions.

The implementation of the project will enhance the company’s competitiveness, lower its energy intensity, and ensure sustainable development in line with the objectives of the Programme “Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises” 2021–2027, procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004. The investment complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle and contributes to the transition towards a circular and low-carbon economy.
