Component 1: Development of regional administrative capacity to modernize social and solidarity economy enterprises and introduce customized software, hardware, networking and placement solutions: 
The social and economic crisis caused by the pandemic is causing a transformation both in terms of economic competitiveness - increasing remote forms of trade, production, placement and marketing, and in terms of social relations - social distancing, increasing risks of exclusion of vulnerable people, especially in less developed regions, changing the values fundamental to the European social model.
Component 2: A digital platform (ecosystem) to promote the social and solidarity economy:
Main challenges: The epidemiological situation has disrupted the natural rhythm of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) actors, which has led to difficulties in their functioning, as well as to the inability of a number of them to overcome deficits, including those related to the lack of appropriate digital skills, but also marketing and placement competences that are mandatory for transforming markets.
