Description

Roster Ltd. is a construction company with extensive experience in the field of demolition and destruction of buildings and facilities. The company specializes in all types of demolition activities: residential, public, infrastructure and industrial. Over the years, the company has expanded its activities by offering a wide range of services. An energy management system has been implemented in the company, according to ISO 50001:2018. Following its energy policy, the company will invest in a thermal insulation system - thermal insulation of external walls to outside air with sandwich panels with PUR/PU (polyurethane) thermal insulation in hall 11, located in PI with ID No. 35883.509.7, Kameno. The building is built of a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure without thermal insulation plates. Stained glass windows from metal structures have been removed, which were compromised and lead to significant energy losses. The sandwich panels included in the project proposal will ensure the achievement of the indicators set out in Regulation RD-02-20-3 of 09.11.2022 on the technical requirements for the energy performance of buildings - thermal conductivity coefficient ≤ 0.022 W/m.K and reaction to fire - class D. The minimum thickness of the thermal insulation system will be ≥60 mm. Sandwich panels with PUR/PU (polyurethane) thermal insulation have exceptional thermal insulation and acoustic properties, making them an integral part of energy-efficient measures. Their ability to maintain a constant internal temperature contributes to a comfortable working environment, regardless of external weather conditions. By minimizing heat loss in winter and heat accumulation in summer, these panels will contribute to reducing the HVAC load and lower energy bills. This energy efficiency is in line with the company's energy policy. Support for energy-efficient equipment will help Roster OOD increase its competitiveness and continue with its investment intentions.
