"East Investments" OOD's primary economic activity is registered under NACE code 55.10 (Hotels and similar accommodation). The company owns a hotel in Sunny Beach resort, where the project will be implemented.

The company aims to optimize energy consumption in order to reduce harmful emissions released into the atmosphere and decrease operating costs. This project is in fulfillment of the objectives of the procedure "Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy Sources in Enterprises"—to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises for improving their energy efficiency, thereby accelerating the private sector’s transition towards climate neutrality.

With a view towards greater energy independence and a transition to environmentally friendly operations, the following assets will be delivered and commissioned after conducting the necessary procurement procedures for contractor selection:

Chiller (119kW)

Water-to-water heat pump with a heating capacity of 97.8kW

Photovoltaic panels combined with inverters (50kW)

The planned assets will overcome limitations to the company's future development and will allow the company to use clean energy for its own needs as a supplementary energy source. The company will secure stable energy supply, minimize energy costs, and ensure business continuity.

These energy-saving assets will increase the energy consumption efficiency of the enterprise, lead to the minimization of energy costs, and make it more competitive in the market. The investments under this procedure are in compliance with the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle on the environment and will contribute to the country's ecological transition.
