Dimares LTD operates in the field of hospitality, managing and operating the "Eco Palace" hotel in the town of Primorsko. The main need addressed by the project is the need to increase energy efficiency, reduce dependence on external energy suppliers and optimize energy costs through the effective use of renewable energy. The project is aimed at improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of energy from renewable sources in the activities of "Dimares" EOOD, through the supply and installation of a heat pump, a solar system for hot water and domestic hot water consumption and a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with a capacity of 20 kW.
Main target group: the beneficiary enterprise, which will increase its energy efficiency, energy independence and competitiveness.
Indirect users: the hotel guests, who will benefit from a more sustainable, ecological and comfortable accommodation environment; the company's employees, who will work in an energy-optimized and healthier working environment; the local community, which will benefit from the reduced carbon footprint and the positive environmental effect.
Main activities:
1. Organization and preparation for the implementation of the project.
2. Delivery and installation of an air-to-water heat pump (1 pc. 160 kW) for heating and cooling.
3. Delivery and installation of a solar system for hot water and domestic hot water consumption (flat-plate solar collectors) - with a gross collector field area of ​​10 sq. m.
4. Construction of a 20 kW combined cycle power plant (incl. photovoltaic modules, inverter and energy storage system);
5. Information and publicity activities.
The implementation of the project will lead to increased energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, improved sustainability and the provision of a more environmentally friendly tourism product. In this way, a significant contribution will be made to the objectives of the procedure and the national policy for promoting EE and the use of RES.
