The current project proposal is aimed at implementing efficient irrigation systems for alfalfa plantations, which will be planted on the specified land properties indicated in table 4a of the business plan. The investment includes the purchase of two pivot systems and a pump serving the pivot systems to ensure their operation. The selection of the investments included in the project proposal is based on the engineering project prepared by a legally competent person in water construction. With the implementation, the set goals will be achieved, namely effective use of water resources and increasing the efficiency of water consumption in agriculture. The purchase of a water measuring device is planned.
With the implementation of the current design - proposed, the farmer aims to increase the competitiveness of his agricultural holding, by protecting the components of the environment, expressed in increasing the efficiency of water consumption in the agricultural holding. With the implementation of the activities and investments laid down in the project proposal, the farmer will timely introduce technologies and control systems that lead to the improvement of the overall activity of the agricultural holding. As a result of the implementation of the investment, the farmer will increase the competitiveness of the farm by increasing the efficiency of water consumption in the farm.
