Description

The project proposal of “Jasmina – Yordanovi & Co.” JSC is aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency and sustainability through the implementation of modern technologies for heating, cooling, and lighting in its production facility in Burgas.
The investment includes the commissioning of a 60 kW VRV heat pump unit, providing highly efficient air conditioning for the production base, as well as the installation of a new energy-saving lighting system, consisting of 8 linear luminaires of 36 W each and 12 industrial high-bay lights of 100 W each.

The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in electricity costs, optimization of the microclimate in the workspaces, and reduction of carbon emissions, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and long-term sustainability of the company in the construction services sector.
The project is fully compliant with the “do no significant harm” principle to the environment and aligns with national and European goals for energy efficiency and sustainable development.
