The investment in the project proposal is for the construction of a photovoltaic plant for own needs in a newly built fruit processing enterprise of a producer organization. The processing is carried out by drying fruits grown by the members of the organization. The dryer is powered by electricity. The implementation of a photovoltaic plant will increase the efficiency of the company. Newly installed capacities provide approximately 75 to 80% of annual electricity consumption. The installed capacity of the photovoltaic plant is determined after an analysis has been prepared for energy consumption and the possibility of installing photovoltaic panels and inverters. The implementation of the project proposal will achieve the objectives of Submeasure 4.2. "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the 2014-2020 RDP to improve the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises from the food processing industry by improving environmental protection. As a result, the implementation of the project is expected to achieve a significant ecological effect of production in the country and investments related to the reduction of harmful emissions when using technologies for the production of electrical energy.
