Description

The project proposal is for the processing of a biological plant produced on the agricultural holding of the Company, as over 75% of the raw material is used in the agricultural holding. The investments under the project include the purchase of a dryer, which is at the expense of the Company and the commissioning of a high-tech line for compression of organic alfalfa. The technology for drying and compressing alfalfa is dust-free, which is the preferred feed for animals because it thus protects against adverse effects on animal nutrition. Alfalfa is the most preferred food for animals because it contains a high percentage of protein and in this way the use of chemical stimulants, which are used in the construction of large animals, will be reduced. On the other hand, the price at which it will be offered is competitive depending on other feeds, the prices of which are currently quite high and make livestock production much higher and unacceptable for farmers raising dairy and meat breeds. The commissioning of the plant improves the competitiveness of primary producers by better integrating them into the agricultural and food chain through quality schemes that add value to agricultural products, promote resource efficiency and support the transition to low-carbon and a climate-resilient economy in agriculture, the feed sector.
