The establishment of modern enterprise physical processing black mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis), namely - thermal processing mussels, packaging, labeling and storage of "nut mussels" and "cooked clam shell confit" and processing of mussel shell in environmentally friendly products and their implementation in the country, the European Community and countries outside it. Planned production capacity, according to the approved by Food Safety Agency Technology project is 162 tons annually black mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) own catch, of which -120 tons will be processed to obtain 60 tons ready nut mussels; - 42 tons annually cooked clam shell confit.The stages of processing are described in detail in applications technology project.
The project proposal includes implementing the following activities:

1. Implementation of works on construction of "Workshop for processing mussels-AQUA SHELL"
2. Delivery of equipment for physical processing black mussels;
3. Supply of Workwear for workers in the enterprise;
4. Conduct training for health and safety for workers in Aqua Shell LTD.
5. Activities for the introduction and certification of management systems and environmental management system of safe and healthy working conditions;
6. Supply of equipment for separate waste collection.

The project implementation will result in:
1. Create a new five the number of jobs and preserve existing one job at Aqua Shell Ltd;
2. Application of methods that reduce the negative impact on the environment through the implementation of ISO 14001 and facilities for separate collection of waste;
3. Improving safety and working conditions by introducing an ISO 18001, OHS training and the purchase of clothing for workers;
4. Processing of fully own catch black clamshell.
5. The processing of by-products resulting from the main processing.
