Description
The project proposal envisions the organization of a public event aimed on April 7th, 2025 at the successful implementation of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 in the forestry sector. The event will focus on: - Opportunities for providing financial support through the CAP Strategic Plan for the forestry sector to ensure its sustainability, economic efficiency, and ecological significance, as well as to preserve and develop the social, environmental, and economic functions of forests; - Protection of biodiversity; - Reduction of the negative impact of climate change. The service will include the provision of: a hall with a capacity of up to 400 seats – rental for a period of 8 hours; technical equipment – video wall (maximum possible size), projector, sound system, wireless microphones (at least 20 units), laptop, mouse, and the necessary technical support – rental for a period of 8 hours; water supply for the hall (twice – morning and afternoon) with 0.5L bottles for 400 people; two standard coffee breaks including coffee, tea, water, milk, sugar, cream, and honey; and a lunch for participants in a buffet style, including bread, salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert.
