Description

The project proposal is aimed at the development of the port infrastructure "St. Nikola" in the town of Chernomorets, Sozopol municipality, for the needs of local fishermen. It is envisaged that all investments will be directed mainly to the benefit of small-scale fishermen. The aim is to ensure a "green transition" through infrastructure necessary to facilitate the implementation of the landing obligation and the implementation of catch control. This investment project is divided into two stages:
- The first stage is for the purchase of machinery and equipment for the needs and normal functioning of the port infrastructure. The project proposal will be submitted by 03.03.2025.
- The second stage covers construction and renovation activities and replacement of the pontoon system, as the port capacity will increase from 172 to just over 400 boat berths. The project proposal will be submitted by May 2, 2025.
