This project proposal aims at modernization and automation of the agricultural holding of AGRAR-90 EOOD through the introduction of innovative and modern technologies in order to increase the competitiveness of its activities by updating the available production assets. AGRAR-90 Ltd. develops its activity in the field of plant growing. Currently the farm grows over 10,900 decares, sown with wheat, sunflower, alfalfa, rapeseed, pastures and meadows, watermelons, vineyards and others. With the current project proposal of AGRAR -90 Ltd. aims to purchase agricultural machinery for agro-technical activities of the available 510 decares of watermelon plantations.
The project makes an economic assessment of the sale of the harvest of 510 decares of watermelons and income from agricultural production, reflecting the prospects for their production, indicating the economic condition of the applicant and a comprehensive report on its activities and opportunities for economic development. The project envisages the purchase of specialized agricultural machinery and attached equipment to it, through which the land of the agricultural holding will be cultivated, from which the production of watermelons will be extracted.
The investments under the project are the following:

2. KVERNELAND Turbo 4000F cultivator - 1 piece
3. Trench seed drill KVERNELAND OPTIMA TFPROFI HD - 1 piece
4. Equipment specialized for agricultural machines TRIMBLE, Basic GFX-750 and NAV-900, Trimble, (No Radio) Isobus, Bundle AutoPilot No Expiry High Accuracy - 1 piece

Of the agricultural machinery intended for purchase, only the tractor has its own capacity. The productivity of the implement is a derivative of the capacity of the tractor to which they will be aggregated.
All the above assets of a total value of BGN 491,926.58 are intended entirely for the activities of cultivating the available land with watermelons.
