The project is developed for application under sub-measure 4.1.2 "Investments in agricultural holdings under Thematic sub-program for development of small farms" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014 - 2020. The investment is related with the purchase and commissioning of new agricultural self-propelled equipment - a tractor. At present, the applicant cultivates a total agricultural area of ​​27,600 decares, incl. 18,000 decares - potatoes grown by conventional method and maintains 9,600 decares - natural meadows. The total value of the investment exceeds BGN 30,000 without VAT, due to which the beneficiary conducts a procedure for selection of a contractor under CMD № 160 of 1.07.2016 to determine the rules for consideration and evaluation of bids and the conclusion of contracts in the selection procedure with public invitation, after concluding the administrative contract. As the cost claimed for funding at the date of submission of the project proposal is not included in the list of names of assets, activities and services to which reference costs will apply, the applicant shall submit at least three comparable independent tenders. The purchase of new agricultural machinery will lead to the timely implementation of agro-technical measures in the optimal time for crops, quality soil preparation in compliance with the individual technological units of crop technology, which will lead to quality products and significantly increase yields.
