Description

The project proposal of “SOLARS-75” Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency and reduce the energy costs of the company’s production facility in Burgas through the installation of a high-efficiency air-to-air VRF heat pump system with a total installed capacity of approximately 90 kW. The new system will provide heating and cooling for the production premises, replacing outdated and inefficient equipment, thus significantly decreasing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

The investment includes the delivery and installation of Carrier outdoor units and indoor cassette units, piping connections, start-up, automation, and commissioning. The system will be equipped with an intelligent control module allowing precise temperature regulation and optimization of energy use according to the real-time load.

Technical calculations identified a required heating capacity of 72 kW, increased by 20 % reserve due to the building’s specific characteristics (large volume, poor insulation, and frequent door openings). The new solution will ensure comfortable working conditions throughout the year while reducing electricity costs by over 30 % and improving the overall energy performance of the enterprise.

The project will contribute to achieving the objectives of the “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” Programme 2021–2027 by promoting the use of energy-efficient technologies, reducing the carbon footprint of production, and strengthening the sustainability and competitiveness of “SOLARS-75” Ltd.
