The applicant under procedure BG06RDNP001-4.012 is a natural person, a farmer, registered under the VAT Act. The activity is carried out entirely in the village of Dolni Tsibar, municipality. Vulchedrum in its own livestock farm registered under Article 137 of the LVMD.
The purpose of this project is directly related to the production activity of the contracting authority and is: modernization and equipment of existing buildings in PI 22530.90.11-agricultural buildings located in the village of Dolni Tsibar. The subject of the production activity of Emil Stalinov Rangelov is breeding of cows for milk, where it is necessary to introduce new technologies, modernization and automation in the farm.
  This project is directly related to the production activities of the applicant and is the purchase and installation of technological equipment and machinery for animal care in an existing cow farm. The new equipment will improve animal husbandry processes in order to create better working conditions, to modernize and automate the main ways of feeding, milking, cleaning and all daily processes that affect farm animals - 365 days a year.
The conceptual and situational solution as a whole, with framing of the individual technological sections is reflected in the project documentation - technological note, which complies with the Law on Veterinary Activity, Ordinance №44 of April 20, 2006 on veterinary requirements for livestock farms, Ordinance №16 of 3 February 2006 on the protection and welfare of livestock and use of agricultural animals and the Rules of Good Agricultural Practice, according to Ordinance №2 of 13 September 2007 on the protection of waters against pollution by nitrates from agricultural sources.
The developed note gives real prerequisites for achieving the best parameters and indicators in the herd, such as good health of the animals, low share of repairs in the herd, etc. and for the proper sustainable development of the farm.
