Description

The current project proposal is aimed at purchasing a high-tech and automated line for sorting apples, peaches and nectarines. The line will use various sensors, high-resolution cameras, sensors, through which it will be possible to recognize the characteristic of the corresponding fruit, both externally and internally. The quality will be recognized, whether a given fruit has a defect, there will be an opportunity to sort by weight, by color. The introduced line will result in the quick and timely preparation of fruit for storage or prepared on request by a consumer. After the introduction of the automated line, fruit spoilage will be reduced. Because when the low-quality fruits are separated in time, they will not have the opportunity to infect the other quality fruits. The implementation of the investment will enable the functioning of the short fruit supply chain and ensure food security.
