The investment intentions of the applicant are the construction of a new air-conditioned building with two refrigerators and a cooling chamber, as well as the construction of a hybrid photovoltaic power plant with 190kWp batteries to produce electricity from renewable sources (solar radiation) only for own needs. 40, town of Aytos, municipality Aytos, obl. The technology selected by the beneficiary was developed by a technologist in the field of food industry and it contains all the necessary machinery and equipment for production, in accordance with applicable law.
The production is significantly benefited economically from the point of view of the fact that the raw material is 100% owned by over 1000 decares of own organic almonds, which the farm grows. With an average yield of about 150 kg / ha per year, it can be calculated that all the necessary raw materials are provided without the need to purchase almonds, which increases the cost of the product.
Through the implementation of this project, the management hopes to close the circle of primary production - processing.
The investment in the implementation of the technological equipment, subject of the present project under sub-measure 4.2. Investments in processing / marketing of agricultural products "from measure 4." Investments in tangible assets "to the Rural Development Program 2014-2020, will allow the necessary activities to be carried out in optimal time, which is a key factor in achieving -high quality and quantity of the produced products, and from there better financial results from the activity of the enterprise are expected.
