"Pig Complex-Golyamo Vranovo-Invest" AD is a registered agricultural producer raising sows and their livestock until the sale of fattened pigs in the land of the village of Golyamo Vranovo, Slivo Pole Municipality. The pig farm is one of the large livestock complexes, which in 2019 fell under the scope of the infection as a result of which by Order of the Executive Director of the BFSA was announced primary outbreak of African swine fever in a pig farm , located in the village of Golyamo Vranovo, municipality. Plum field, region Ruse, and measures are determined to combat and prevent the spread of the disease. As a result of the registered outbreak and the issued order, all animals kept in the pig complex were killed and buried according to the attached oranges for destruction / killing of animals from №1 to №25. According to the protocols for destruction on the farm, 2488 pieces were destroyed. breeding pigs of different age groups, which puts the farm in financial and production collapse. The long-developed half-population and genetics in the farm of the Great White / Landras hybrid have been deleted, which puts in history the long-term work of the veterinarians in the complex. The current project aims to restore the livestock complex to the number of animals living in the complex at the time of the outbreak, by purchasing the necessary breeding repair animals and boars again from genetics (Big White. Landras, Duroc), which corresponds to the previously bred and after the occurrence of the epizootic in order to restore the herd.
