The project "Organizational development for SMEs" (OrgD4ME) applied for funding in the competitive sessions of the Horizon 2020 program under the SME Instrument – phase 2 (proposal number 712089). The project was rated 12.62 and received the "Seal of Excellence".

The main objective of the project is to respond to the need for new ways of doing business in the modern information society that require new and more sophisticated approaches to dealing with the business-relevant information and Organisational Development (OD). It seeks to equip SMEs with the competitive advantage of an affordable information generating and analytical service that could partly bridge the gap of the available information and OD resources between them and large companies with the help of technology application. 

Our ambition is to introduce a new market model and to make SME managers the active agents of change, evaluating often the barriers and opportunities for their business and seeking OD actions and assistance from OD practitioners whenever beneficial.

Organizational know-how and OD are key factors for the successful achievement of the mission of any business entity (focus on SMEs). Our method of OD integrates the fundamental models of OD and covers main aspects of the organization and its functioning. The method of OD is based on systematic observation, collection, processing and analysis of information and data describing the state and dynamics of a wide range of indicators that determine the internal and external environment, in which organizations operate.

The core technology we use and develop targets knowledge work automation. It consists of relational and text databases for organizing, structuring or indexing of relevant data and computer algorithms for data collection, verification, analysis and machine learning. As a whole the technology transforms the abundance of available data into a Knowledge base and delivers Business and OD intelligence to potential clients.
