The applicant "Proto Group" Ltd. is a construction company operating in the town of Pomorie since 2015, with a main focus on the construction of residential and non-residential buildings and additional finishing construction activities. The company has implemented numerous projects in the region and is constantly implementing modern technologies and sustainable solutions.
Within the framework of the current project, the company is planning to invest in energy-efficient assets and equipment, including a heat pump, recuperators, replacement of window frames and installation of energy-saving LED lighting.
