This project proposal includes activities aimed at achieving the importance and sustainable results in the management and implementation of projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Energy Efficiency in peripheral areas".   Currently the Municipality of Pomorie has submitted a total of 8 project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Energy efficiency in peripheral areas" Priority Axis 2 "Support for energy efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas ", 3 of which number of project proposals are for residential buildings with 3 buildings / objects of intervention and 5 project proposals for 5 public buildings / objects of intervention. It will be presented all relevant management capabilities and implementation. The trainings and seminars are interactive and they introduce a presentations, discussions, tests and group work. The upcoming trainings have a renewed agenda and they will present the latest innovations.  The seminars in Northern and Central Europe are exceptionally well organized, by providing a maximum volume of theoretical and practical preparation which is necessary for the implementation of the projects. Considering that their duration often is more than one day, will require to providing accommodation, mission expenses and travel expenses.
