"YOU SANTA SARA" AD has applied under procedure BG06RDNP001-19.041 - LAG Pomorie_4.2_M2 "Investment in processing / marketing of agricultural products" from the Rural Development Program 2014-2020. The project is for the purchase of equipment related to the technological process for the production of quality wines. At the time of application, YOU SANTA SARA grows vineyards on an area of ​​270 decares, located in the village of Goritsa, Pomorie, Burgas region.
One of the main goals of the company is to process mainly wine grapes from its own masses which are directly controlled by the agrarians of the company, their quality is monitored which in turn is a prerequisite for the production of high quality wines. In this way, SANTA SARA AD succeeds also in meeting the Criterion 1 of the Application Conditions of the Pomorie Pomorie, namely "The project envisages short supply chains" - thus the number of intermediaries in the wine grape harvest is reduced to zero and the production of quality wine grapes is absolutely traceable.
