The investments in the current project proposal are for the purchase of a tractor brand FARMTRAC, model 30 4WD, without cab, 28.5 hp. and horizontal milling machine AgroMaster, model Leopar M110. They are needed by the candidate for carrying out the agro-technical measures in his vegetable farm of 5.24 decares, incl. 0.64 decares of greenhouse. The total value of the investment is BGN 23,000.00 without VAT, and BGN 27,600.00 with VAT, respectively. As the applicant is not registered under the VAT Act, the amount of the investment for which he is applying is the price with VAT of BGN 27,600.00.The expected financial aid amounts to 70% of the value of the investment, as another 10% has been added to the basic amount of the financial aid as a young farmer who started two years ago and has a professional agricultural education.
The technical parameters and working capacity of the assets provided for purchase are in accordance with the size of the cultivated areas, the specific activities in the cultivation of vegetables and the technological terms for carrying out mechanized activities on the farm. The expected results after the implementation of the current investment project by Ibryam Ali Hussein are:
. Improving the quality of agricultural products, a result of the high quality of processing and harvesting;

• Increasing the income of the agricultural producer as a result of the increased yields and the selling price of the production;
