The LAG developed a CLLD Strategy for the LAG "Glavinitsa - Sitovo Kraidunavska Dobrudzha", which took place during an active and bilateral process of informing, consulting and involving the local community in the various stages and activities envisaged and implemented in implementation of Administrative Agreement No. RD 50-123 of 07.04.23 under sub-measure 19.1"Aid for preparatory activities" from the Rural Development Program for the period 2014–2020, concluded between the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Food Agency - RA and the LAG Glavinitsa - Sitovo Kraidunavska Dobrudzha".
For this purpose, various forms of informing and consulting stakeholders of local communities from the settlements within the scope of the LAG were used during the period, related to promoting the strategy development process.
In connection with open procedure No. BG06AFSP001-1.001 "Implementation of operations, including cooperation activities and their preparation, selected within the framework of the local development strategy", the LAG is developing a CLLD Strategy in accordance withStrategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas for the Period 2023-2027 and the Conditions for Application.
In parallel with the activities to promote the process, activities related to the preparation of the strategy were also carried out, including 8 information meetings.
From the analyses carried out, it became clear that the territory of the LAG has the capacity to implement a CLLD Strategy with a complementaryfinancing. The participants in the meetings discussed separately for each measure of the SPZSD, the HRD and the PO - the measures, the eligible activities that should follow the set objectives and priorities, as well as the eligible beneficiaries. 
Two public discussions were held to coordinate the prepared Strategy - in the Municipality of Glavinitsa and the Municipality of Sitovo, where the objectives, priorities, and measures in the Strategy were presented.
