Description

Brief description 
Прилагането и изпълнението на СВОМР с приоритети и специфични цели, съответстващи на дългосрочната визия за развитие на територията ще се постигне повишено качество на живот, баланс между социалните и екологични принципи, конкурентоспособност в местния бизнес, подобряване на заетостта и образователната достъпност, опазване на биоразнообразието и околната среда на територията на  МИГ"КБ". МИГ ще организира и извършва  дейности насочени към местната общност за популяризирането на СВОМР информационни събития, срещи, семинари, обучения, консултации и др. целящи да разпространят и популяризират сред максимално широка аудитория подхода ВОМР, СВОМР, мерките и  дейности, които могат да бъдат осъществявани по всяка една от мерките и ще бъдат изпълнявани съгласно заложените в СВОМР приоритети за развитие на местната общност. Приоритетите и  целите са от основно значение за развитието на територията, обвързани с всяка една от избраните и заложени мерки, които имат определени характеристики целеви групи, видове инвестиции, продължителност на изпълнение на проектите. Прием на проекти  ще се подготвя и осъществява по всяка една от мерките  в СВОМР, и ще бъдат обсъждани с местната общност с цел масово информиране  и подтикването за участие на по-голям брой кандидати. Подготовката и  приемите на проектни, ще се извършва в условия на прозрачност и информираност на местната общност за процеса. При прилагането на СВОМР МИГ  ще изпълнява европейското и национално законодателство по подхода ВОМР и ще прилага стриктно разпоредбите на чл. 33, § 3 на Регламент (ЕС) 2021/1060. При прилагането на СВОМР на МИГ „КБ“ за програмен период 2023-2027г. ще се търси баланс между обществения и частния интерес и ще бъде прилаган принципа на балансирано социално-икономическо развитие на територията.
